I *heart* birds...

and love to use them in art! Here is another collage paperweight for etsy. There is something about creating a small collage and then putting it under glass...the glass is like a frame and seems to make anything I make look better!

I've been reading posts here and here and here about the Art in Ashland retreat...what a week! All the art that has been posted is fabulous. Go and look if you haven't already. Lots of luscious eye candy. There are more blogs, I'm sure, these are just a few!

The paperweight is beautiful! I'd love to know how you do the glass. That is just awesome!

The Art in Ashland sounds wonderful doesn't it? I sure am looking forward to Silverbella!

Cute paper weight. I agree about the glass, and always say that anything looks better under glass. I used to put a cloche over a small item that I wanted to sell at an antique show and being under glass just made it look more "important" and it would get attention.
